Family Assistance Program Update
Due to current funding limitations, the Kailee Mills Foundation has temporarily paused new applications for funeral, medical, and financial assistance. We are not accepting applications for these forms of financial assistance at this time.
Grief counseling assistance remains available for eligible families.
Supporting families affected by vehicle crashes remains an important part of our mission, and we hope to reopen our financial assistance applications as funding becomes available.
Grief Counseling Assistance
Grief counseling assistance remains available for immediate family members who have lost a loved one in a vehicle crash. Once approved, the Kailee Mills Foundation will cover up to six counseling sessions.
Families may use a counselor from our preferred list of providers or continue with a pre-established counselor.

About Our Family Assistance Program
When funding is available, the Kailee Mills Foundation provides financial assistance to eligible families affected by vehicle crashes. Due to limited funding, priority is given to vehicle crashes occurring in Texas.
Financial assistance may include:
Funeral Assistance
Assistance with funeral services, burials, headstones, cemetery plots, cremation, urns, memorials, grave markers, loss of income, and other related expenses.
Medical & Financial Assistance
Assistance for families experiencing extended hospital or rehabilitation stays, including help with medical expenses, housing, food, loss of income, and other related needs.
Our Family Assistance Program is specifically for those affected by vehicle crashes. We are unable to provide financial assistance for incidents involving bicycles, motorcycles, pedestrians, or circumstances unrelated to a vehicle crash.
